All our Green Grass products are designed and manufactured in our studio in Parkhurst. Every member of our team plays a vital role from concept, prototype to the final product. We are proud to say our products are 100% local.
Can you wrap my gift?
Yes absolutely! We have a selection of 3 different gift wraps which you can select on check-out.

How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Larger orders might take longer if we have to manufacture stock.
We will always communicate if we can’t fulfil your order within the 5 day turnaround.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I change my delivery address?
No problem. Please email the new delivery address to firstname.lastname@example.org
with a reference number and a contact number to easily reach you, as soon as possible before shipping occurs.
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
For sure. First prize is to please place a separate order for each delivery.
Alternatively you can specify the delivery address in the note area of your one order (on check-out)
but please make sure it’s clear which products go with which address, and we will make sure our couriers deliver accordingly.
What are your return policies?
Return products before 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products can be exchanged by returning them to our store and exchanging them for an item of similar value.
If a credit is due, we will provide a voucher. No cash refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional courier fees are applicable if collections/deliveries are required.
Please note damaged items not fit for resale (which includes scratches) are not considered for returns.
What method of payment can be used?

Is the payment platform secure?
Payments are secured with the PayFast e-commerce software. PayFast security protocols are as robust as South African banks protocols.
Our payment portal is secured and communication is encrypted.
Is it possible to personalise a product with laser cutting?
It is possible, but we ask for a laser set-up fee of R300 plus machine time for the personalisation.
Is my item available in a different colour?
Please select your colour choice in our drop-down menu.
You are welcome to email us at email@example.com if you have a different colour in mind.
Customisations will take a week longer than our typical turnaround.

Can I recycle Perspex?
For sure! Perspex is 100% recyclable.
You are welcome to bring any broken perspex items to our shop. We will include them in our recycling.
Can you help me with a custom laser job?

Please note we require a minimum order value of R1500 for custom laser cutting projects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds are not applicable, we only do exchanges within 30 days of purchase per our Returns policy.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and December holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Should we need to manufacture a product or products in your order, more days could be required but this is rare and you will be notified.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free local delivery is available for orders over R1000 within South Africa.
This offer does not apply to wholesale orders.
For orders under R1000, we charge R98 for local deliveries in the Gauteng and R138 for deliveries to other provinces.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Green Grass Shop (75 13th Street, Parkhurst Johannesburg, South Africa 2193). After placing your order and selecting Green Grass Shop pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 until 17:00 on weekdays and 9:00 until 15:00 on weekends. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect.
Due to the high costs of international shipping, we request that you arrange international delivery from your home country.
We will confirm that your package is ready for collection and supply you with the relevant information, e.g. dimension and weight.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Green Grass Design is not responsible for these charges if applicable – they are your responsibility as the purchaser.
